The Virtual Customer Care Representative (VCCR) is the primary liaison between careerzynith, homeowners, and our network of trusted trade partners. You will oversee warranty‑related activities for assigned communities, ensuring that every post‑sale issue is resolved quickly, accurately, and with a smile. Your work directly influences homeowner satisfaction, protects the brand’s reputation, and contributes to careerzynith’s commitment to zero‑defect homes.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Homeowner Advocacy: Promote, facilitate, and nurture positive relationships with homeowners, acting as their trusted point of contact for warranty concerns.
  • Trade Partner Coordination: Schedule, supervise, and evaluate the performance of careerzynith‑approved trade partners, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Invoice Management: Review and approve trade partner invoices up to $1,250 after confirming satisfactory completion of work.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and remedy scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, or payment delays that could impact homeowner satisfaction.
  • Technical Insight: Interpret manufacturer recommendations, product specifications, and construction blueprints to guide trade partners and homeowners.
  • Pre‑Closing & Post‑Close Activities: Conduct pre‑closing meetings, home demonstrations, celebratory events, and 30‑day post‑close follow‑ups to reinforce the careerzynith experience.
  • Community Expertise: Become an authority on the assigned community’s amenities, HOA rules, local schools, dining, shopping, and recreational options.
  • Common Area Oversight: Supervise the condition of shared spaces such as entryways, roads, ponds, model centers, and signage, coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Field Collaboration: Lead on‑site meetings with trade partners, construction crews, and sales teams to align expectations and resolve challenges.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of warranty work, generate status reports, and certify completion of each home within the community.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience directing, coordinating, or supervising work in a customer‑facing role, preferably within the homebuilding or construction industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and personal auto insurance coverage.
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management tools.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and explain construction blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with warranty management software.
