Virtual Nonprofit Fundraiser – NGO Projects

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a passionate and proactive Virtual Nonprofit Fundraiser to support global and local NGO initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• * Research, identify, and approach potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
• * Build and nurture long-term relationships with donors, stakeholders, and philanthropic partners.
• * Create persuasive fundraising content such as proposals, newsletters, appeal letters, and social media posts.
• * Monitor and report on campaign performance and donor engagement analytics.
• * Collaborate with the communications and programs team to align messaging with campaign goals.
• * Organize and host virtual fundraising events, webinars, and community drives.
• * Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• * Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• * Proficiency with online tools such as reputed company Workspace, email marketing platforms (reputed company, reputed company), and fundraising sites (reputed company, GlobalGiving, etc.).
• * Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple fundraising initiatives.

• Experience
