Job Summary

As a Virtual PA Social Media Chat Support Specialist (Remote), you will be responsible for engaging with customers across various social media platforms, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions by addressing concerns and offering solutions. What You Will Be Doing:

As a Virtual PA Social Media Chat Support Specialist (Remote), you will be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and promote careerzynith's products and services.

Contract Length and Rate:

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour

Skills and Background Needed:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours per Week and Location:

* Hours per week: 10+ hours per week

  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
