Key duties include identifying potential M&A opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, structuring transactions, and negotiating terms. You will prepare comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations. A deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A deal processes is mandatory.
