WE'RE HIRING: OUTBOUND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) – PHILIPPINES Nerava is looking for a Full-Time Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. We are not looking for customer service representatives or lead processors. We are looking for a true hunter—someone who can identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and consistently schedule meetings. POSITION DETAILS Position: Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: Cadiz City, Philippines Work Setup: Remote / Work-from-Home opportunity available for the right candidate Schedule: Night Shift (U.S. Business Hours) Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ Hours per Week) Compensation: ($500-$600 Monthly) ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance bonuses Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound B2B sales and is comfortable initiating conversations with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting experience Excellent spoken and written English Experience building prospect lists and generating your own leads CRM experience required Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Self-motivated and results-driven Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and quiet workspace (WFH) Night shift (Philippines) supporting U.S. business hours 8AM to 5PM EST Full-time, 4 hours per week Weekly pay plus performance bonuses Saturdays & Sundays Off + US Observed Holidays RESPONSIBILITIES Build prospect lists and generate your own leads Conduct outbound prospecting calls and follow-ups Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities Schedule qualified meetings for the Nerava team Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Meet and exceed outreach and appointment-setting targets Setup an appointment with clients and Nerava Owner TARGET INDUSTRIES Restaurants and Retail Businesses EV Charging Companies Fleet Operators Utilities Payment Companies Technology Companies Strategic Partners URGENT HIRING We are looking to move quickly.
