Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in various databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Maintain organized and accessible electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data entries and provide insights as needed.
  • Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members remotely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
