Key Responsibilities

  • * Follow company guidelines and deadlines for legal document submissions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Proven experience as a Legal Typist, Legal Transcriptionist, or Legal Secretary.
  • * Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60+ words per minute preferred).
  • * Strong understanding of legal terminology, formatting, and document structure.
  • * Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • * Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • * High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other legal documentation software.
  • * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience
  • * 1-3 years of experience in a legal or administrative role preferred.
  • * Experience in legal transcription, legal document preparation, or secretarial work is an advantage.
  • * Prior remote work experience is beneficial but not required.
