• Essential Job Functions:
• Â Establish contact with customers, inquire regarding their projects, suggest goods, and stimulate enthusiasm about sales.
• Â Offer customer service that goes above and beyond what is expected.
• Â Our objective is to preserve the assigned areas in a constant state of being fully stocked, tidy, and hazard-free, allowing for a comfortable shopping atmosphere.
• Â Promote teamwork with management and peers to reach sales objectives.
• Â Handle customer transactions using the POS system.
• Â Follow the guidelines in place for handling customer refunds and exchanges.
• Â Maintain the prescribed procedures for accepting payments through cash, checks, or credit cards.
• Â Create labels for pricing and promotional purposes, monitor inventory, label and present products.
• Â Observe the primary convictions that characterize the company's mission.
• Â Demonstrate and validate compliance with company safety protocols.
• Â Handle telephone conversations by conforming to the company's approved strategies.
• Â Pitch in and help out in other areas of the store as requested.

• Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• Â To be considered, one must have attained the age of 18 years or older.
• Â Competency in basic math is a fundamental prerequisite for success in higher level math courses.
• Â Familiarity with customer service responsibilities.
• Â Possessing the versatility to manage several tasks simultaneously and excel when the going gets tough.
• Â Forklift certification via F&D could be a necessary criterion for specific job roles.
• Â State laws allow for a drug test to be taken and passed before obtaining certification for heavy equipment operation.
• Physical/Sensory Requirements:
• Â Physical strength is required to exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently in order to transport or manipulate objects.
• Â Routine activities involve the frequent use of hands and fingers to handle various objects.
• Â Consistent engagement in work tasks that involve using hands and arms to reach, stand, walk, balance, or climb.
