Join a rapidly growing company in an exciting, dynamic industry. Position: Service Writer for Commercial Property Management Services Location: DFW Metroplex territories Duties & Responsibilities:
- Locate the sites Property Manager or Landlord -- email, cell phone or meet at their office/place of business
- Accurately identify customer needs and the best available resolution based on the attributes of each customer and their services
- Clearly set expectations and communications to deter oversized vehicles / Unauthorized Tractor Trailer parking
- Educate customers on service features and functionality
- Ensure service agreement and signage requirement / needs are processed properly
- Meet turnaround time, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics
- Maintain a positive relationship with the other team members through collaboration and open communication
- Remain calm and professional even if customers delay on service agreements
Job Type: Contract Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experience:
