EDI Support Specialist

Edict Systems, Inc. is a provider of Business-to-Business electronic commerce services specializing in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and XML-based solutions. The EDI Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing outstanding customer service and resolving technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical issue resolution
  • Ensure customers maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the company
  • Communication will be by phone, email and chat
  • Account configuration
  • Identifying and resolving Level I technical issues or escalating issues to Level II CSR

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complicated information in a clear and concise manner
  • Technical coursework or demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of various operating systems, network components, desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Working familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to research independently
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Internet Technologies a plus
  • Knowledge of EDI a significant plus
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish a significant plus
