Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. You will work closely with our Operations Analysis and Planning (OAP) team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence
- Analyzing data to identify trends and develop insights that inform business decisions
- Collaborating with the OAP team to develop predictive models and figures to proactively convey required ACS setting up needs
- Investigating asset use and identifying more ideal/effective arrangements
- Announcing related to the execution of asset arranging drives
- Examining the latest things in ACS asset arranging
- Developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from leaders
- Supporting complex process improvement and project management commitment for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives
- Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
- Acting as an internal specialist to partners and providing insights to drive results
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of self and others

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with scientific tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
- Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with MS Office required
- Ability to focus on well-being and safety of self, others, and personal data

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
