Expert Corporate Marketing AVL List GmbH offers a job in Austria (AT) as Expert Corporate Marketing. As an Expert in Corporate Marketing, you will support the implementation of global marketing and communication initiatives at AVL. You are an integral part of the team that brings marketing plans and campaigns to life – from strengthening our brand to supporting company-wide activities. A key focus of your role is managing the global social media channels, as well as analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights. In addition, you will contribute to process optimization and the development of guidelines and training materials. In close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team and AVL experts, you help ensure brand awareness and consistency across all marketing activities. We look forward to receiving your application! Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research and competitive analyses, including industry benchmarks to identify customer needs and trends and translating the results into actionable recommendations
• Supporting brand development (Corporate Identity/Corporate Design) and ensuring brand awareness and consistency across all marketing activities
• Managing and administering the company's global social media channels, including content planning, campaign management, as well as regular performance analysis and reporting
• Implementing and monitoring assigned work packages and individual tasks as part of marketing initiatives, campaigns and/or the overarching marketing plan
• Supporting the optimization of marketing processes and creating global guidelines and corresponding training materials
• Collaborating with the global marketing team and AVL experts to increase brand awareness

Your Profile:

• Completed education (University, University of Applied Sciences or comparable) with a focus on marketing or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience - ideally in B2B marketing and/or corporate marketing
• Understanding of marketing elements and approaches, including traditional and digital marketing
• Experience in social media management and the implementation of marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in analyzing marketing data, as well as in-depth knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
• A structured, self-organized and analytical approach to work, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Business-level proficiency in German and English

• Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €54,530.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
