The person will be working on cost/recovery management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for Technology Operations The role involves liaising with both Local and Global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities / Role Requirements The individual will be responsible for – - Connectivity billing and related clarifications - Spend validation as per commercial affordability/forecast - Vendor invoices and payments - Month end accruals - Monitor client outstanding charges and timely coordination with the stakeholders to ensure full recoverability - Handling effort chargeability - Monitoring and reporting spend against budget - Support financial planning and rolling forecasts - Ad-hoc analysis and reports as required Knowledge & Skillset - Fair knowledge on capitalization and general accounting standards - Should possess very good analytical skills - Ability to work across teams - Locally and globally - Well versed with MS Excel/PowerPoint - Should have excellent communication skills Manage key commercial activities to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. Plan and oversee commercial deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle. Work towards reducing overall project costs by improving efficiency and standardizing processes. Engage in proactive risk management to support compliance across accounts or programs. Collaborate with various leadership and commercial services groups to support effective decision-making and execution of commercial strategies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting. Intermediate proficiency in Financial Accounting Controls. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Financial Analysis.
