Junior music marketing and Fan Page Editor
Description: We are seeking a contract content creator to run a dedicated content page for our artist on TikTok and Youtube Shorts. This is not a fan page nor an hq page, rather a page that pushes the clients music through edits of media, video games, etc... that applies to the target audience. This isn't just a job posting, we're looking got someone who genuinely connects with the music and wants to grow alongside the team and the rising artist. If you're building your portfolio in music marketing, artist management, or content strategy, we are hoping this can be a real opportunity to develop skills and be apart of an artists journey from the ground up. Tasks:
- Creating and posting edits that push the the music to new audiences
- Strategizing around trends, sounds, and timing to maximize reach
- Leveraging your network to pitch and promote the artist when relevant (we wouldn't be expecting you to pitch the artist constantly and going out of your way but once again, we do really want to hire a fan that would just naturally want to do this)
- A quick bi-weekly check-in with us to review performance and refine strategy (ideally this would be quick, could even just be a quick text/informative phone call)
What we want:
- A genuine fan of the certain type of sound. Think Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, Ethel Cain
- Expereience with or strong understanding of what drives TikTok and Youtube Shorts engagement
- Ideally someone Gen Z or Millennial that is "chronically online"
- Creative, self motivated, and results-oriented
- Someone who wants to be invested, not just posting into the void as social media can sometimes feel like
- Interest in building real experience in the music industry and hopefully building a connection friendship wise to
