Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Specialist - Contract to Hire

Responsibilities
- Creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms
- Designing graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Editing and publishing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Ads)
- Scheduling content and managing posting calendars
- Monitoring social media engagement and audience interaction
- Running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitoring advertising performance, budgets, and conversions
- Generating and nurturing leads through organic and paid marketing strategies
- Improving funnels and lead conversion processes
- Tracking KPIs and campaign performance
- Analyzing marketing performance and providing reports with actionable insights
- Supporting CRM management and marketing automation workflows
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing systems
- Following SOPs, deadlines, and manager instructions
- Communicating daily progress and updates with the team
