We’re seeking a Regional Technology Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance operations and the customer experience. This position combines leadership, technical expertise, and a people-first approach to support the implementation of our technology strategies. The role is regional and requires employees to work from assigned locations, combining office and remote setups based on business needs. Specific states are not eligible for this position. Key Responsibilities

Deliver and support integrated technology solutions aligned with company strategies to meet customer and operational needs. Lead, manage, and mentor teams, fostering growth and collaboration. Provide daily guidance, training, and education to team members on solutions and services. Develop and implement processes to improve the performance and effectiveness of technology resources. Collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Serve as a liaison between technology teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to improve operations and outcomes. Participate in meetings, training, and development activities to drive innovation and operational success. Eligibility Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. (without current or future visa sponsorship). Position is not eligible in the following states Alaska, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Must be able to work from assigned regional centers as determined by business needs. Advance notice will be provided for schedule changes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology management, team leadership, and process improvement. Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix systems. Familiarity with environmental maintenance tools and practices. Exceptional organizational, planning, and supervision skills. Ability to use innovative technology solutions to enhance team performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success in managing resources and delivering impactful business outcomes.
