- Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Explain admissions criteria, course offerings, and next steps in the enrollment process
- Record and manage applicant data using CRM tools
- Follow up with inquiries and guide applicants toward enrollment
- Support outreach and conversion goals as part of a collaborative admissions team
Who We’re Looking For:
- Located in or around Corpus Christi, TX
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, tech-comfortable, and reliable in a remote work setting
- Background in customer service, education, or advising is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
