- Supporting formulary and utilization of management decisions
- Assessing the operational impact of changes to products, services, and customers
Skills
- Strong knowledge of prescription drugs
- Strong knowledge of managed care
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Part D
- Strong knowledge of formulary management
- Strong knowledge of utilization management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards
- PharmD required
- Medicare Part D and utilization management knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Managed care, PBM, health plan, or formulary management experience
- Experience with FDB or similar drug databases
