[Remote] Adjunct Professor for Master in Human Resources - Online

They are seeking an Adjunct Professor to teach graduate-level Human Resources courses and facilitate student learning in an online environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach graduate-level Human Resources courses
- Facilitate student learning through Canvas LMS
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and Capstone evaluations
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students
- Maintain academic excellence and integrity in teaching
Skills
- Possess a Doctoral/terminal degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., or equivalent)
- All faculty credentials must be issued by a properly accredited institution
- Proven experience teaching in higher education, with familiarity in using Canvas as a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ability to teach online
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- Work permit in USA
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Industry experience in Human Resources management and strategy
- Experience teaching in higher education
