[Remote] Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Product Manager to own and evolve critical Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality SaaS products while collaborating with various teams to prioritize customer needs and drive continuous product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Owner for an Agile Scrum team, managing backlog priorities and driving execution
- Balance customer issues, product enhancements, and technical investments to maximize business value
- Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical constraints, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, product metrics, support trends, and operational data to identify opportunities and improve product health
- Define clear product requirements, functional expectations, and UX goals for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Compliance, and Implementation to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
- Monitor product quality, triage production issues, and drive improvements that increase reliability, usability, and customer confidence
- Communicate product direction, priorities, and progress with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using customer insights, product metrics, and operational data to guide product decisions
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Technical curiosity with the ability to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, analytics, and other technical concepts without being an engineer
- Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting products
- Data-intensive enterprise SaaS applications
- Customer-facing B2B software or workflow-heavy platforms
- Experience balancing roadmap investments with product quality and customer support priorities
- Familiarity with AI-enabled products or capabilities, including automation, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent decision support
- Ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical concepts
- Property management or PropTech experience is a plus
