[Remote] CAPPS Financials Reports Analyst#

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain reports, analyze data structures, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain CAPPS Financials reports using:
- PeopleSoft Query Manager
- Query Viewer
- BI Publisher (XML Publisher)
- PS Query
- SAP BusinessObjects
- Create complex reports across Financial modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Inventory (IN)
- Travel & Expense (T&E)
- Project Costing (PC)
- Contracts
- Grants
- Accounts Receivable/Billing
- Analyze PeopleSoft FSCM data structures, effective dating, table relationships, and complex joins
- Translate business requirements into technical report specifications
- Optimize report performance and query tuning
- Support PUM upgrades, patches, fiscal year-end activities, and release management
- Develop BI Publisher templates, bursting configurations, and layouts
- Ensure reports comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Perform UAT, regression testing, documentation, and report validation
- Provide Level-2 production support and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, business users, and Tier-3 Managed Services teams
- Maintain report inventories, technical documentation, and data dictionaries
- Support CAPPS expansion projects and statewide implementations
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing, SOC-1 audits, Major Incident Management (MIM), and ITIL processes
- Follow SDLC, Agile, ITSM, ITAM, NIST, and security best practices

- 8+ years supporting Texas State Government agencies
- 8+ years PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 reporting
- CAPPS Financials experience
- Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM
