[Remote] Corporate Recruiter

Insight Global is a large construction and engineering organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across key corporate functions. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders, and maintaining a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20–30+ open requisitions simultaneously across corporate functions, maintaining consistent pipeline flow and delivery metrics [1]
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and align on candidate profiles and hiring strategy
- Source and engage talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and passive outreach techniques
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate tracking within Oracle ATS (or similar systems)
- Drive a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and process management
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations
Skills
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or professional services environments
- Proven experience managing high-volume requisition loads (20+ roles at a time)
- Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions (IT, finance, HR, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates
- Experience working in an ATS (Oracle preferred) and maintaining accurate recruiting data
- Highly organized
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, or AEC environments
- Agency or high-performance recruiting background
- Exposure to recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, req aging)
