[Remote] Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Techncial)

The Digital Consulting Associate will be responsible for project work stream delivery and will utilize Huron's tools and methodologies to implement enterprise software and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Huron tools, methodologies and best practices in the selection, planning and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions
- Responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience as technical developer; experience with cloud implementations and integrations; end-to-end implementation experience; experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA)
- 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
- A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
- Flexible living locations in the U.S
- Groovy scripting preferred but not required
