[Remote] EHS Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Siemens Healthineers is a leader in medical technology, pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. The EHS Data Analyst will coordinate and manage data, document control, and reporting for the Diagnostics business, driving improvements in Environmental, Health & Safety data reporting.
Responsibilities
- You act as the Document Control Coordinator within applicable DX sites
- You will compile and organise data into standardised spreadsheets to support reviews & analysis
- You support the maintenance for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) training assignments
- You ensure data accuracy and preparation for internal reporting
- You perform routine reviews of incident reports to verify quality & completeness
- You support site based Audits with data such as hazard analysis, compliance assessments, corrective action tracking
Skills
- Experience in data analysis and data management
- Ideally you will have an understanding of EHS and/or incident reporting
- Proficient with MS Tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
- You will be a self-starter, often working as an individual contributor on projects & tasks
- Experience with PowerBI is advantageous, but not essential
