[Remote] FIG Investment Banking Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) | Applied AI x Corporate Finance

In this role, you will contribute your FIG deal experience to enhance AI reasoning in corporate finance, focusing on investment banking and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and gain rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually develop their models
- As part of the project, you will contribute your FIG deal experience to a structured research project, used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets
- The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how FIG professionals think through transactions across banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech
Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in FIG investment banking at a bulge bracket or elite boutique
- Associate level across FIG M&A, capital raising, or strategic advisory
- Deep expertise in financial institutions sector dynamics, regulatory capital, and FIG-specific valuation methodologies (DDM, P/BV, P/TBV)
- Strong financial modeling skills and comfort with FIG-specific transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and client-facing materials
- Ability to articulate FIG investment banking judgment clearly and precisely in writing
