[Remote] Head of ESG Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LoneReport is a company focused on ESG compliance and sustainability. They are seeking a Head of ESG Operations to oversee day-to-day workflow for ESG compliance projects, coordinate activities, and ensure timely client delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day workflow for ESG compliance projects
- Coordinate cross-functional activities
- Ensure timely delivery of client commitments
- Managing internal processes
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Optimizing operational efficiency
- Supporting the implementation of the AI-powered platform with enterprise customers
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align operational plans with business goals
- Troubleshooting issues
- Continuously refining best practices
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and enterprise clients
- Experience in operations management, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance tracking
- Project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple ESG reporting and platform implementation projects
- Prior experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or management consulting is beneficial
- Experience building or experimenting with AI tools
- Sales support experience or familiarity with revenue operations, particularly in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments
- Comfort working with technology platforms; experience in SaaS, data analytics, or ESG tools is a plus
