[Remote] Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campus’s live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead live weekly discussion sections
- Provide grading and structured feedback
- Hold virtual office hours
- Support case study and applied project work
- Reinforce professionalism, communication, and healthcare standards
- Escalate academic or integrity concerns appropriately
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for student success
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
- Currently pursuing or completed Master's in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
- Experience with medical billing and coding
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners
