[Remote] Industrial Engineer, Junior Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Connors Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer, Junior Consultant who will be a core part of the project team, working at client locations on consulting projects. The role involves extensive data collection and communication with client employees, requiring a strong work ethic and flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete data collection activities for various types of studies across multiple industries
• Professionally communicate with all levels of employees at the client site, and all levels within the project team
• Responsible for self-time management, progress reporting of tasks to direct project lead and work productively for the assigned observation durations on the client site
• Travel extensively (90-100%), and sometimes independently, throughout the US
• Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and analytical thinking
• Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
• Strong work ethic and capability to work independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess and solve problems
• Working knowledge of MS Office including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Access to reliable auto transportation and a major US airport
• Travel extensively (90-100%), and sometimes independently, throughout the US
• Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends
• Some internship or co-op experience is desired
