[Remote] Interaction Designer - AI Trainer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DataAnnotation is seeking an Interaction Designer to assist in training AI models. The role involves evaluating AI outputs, providing feedback, and refining the models' aesthetics and usability to improve AI tools for designers.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Skills
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required
