PCI Government Services LLC is seeking an IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) to support the U.S. Department of Transportation in their Oracle Cloud HCM migration efforts. This entry-level role involves testing, documentation, and coordination activities within the technical workstream.
Responsibilities
- Support test preparation and execution for Oracle HCM modules
- Assist with data validation, entry, and tracking of migration activities
- Maintain documentation, logs, and system artifacts
- Track issues and support follow-up for resolution
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT workstream
- Assist with reporting on testing progress and system readiness
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–1 years of experience in IT, data, or systems support (internships acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exposure to enterprise systems or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools
