[Remote] JDE EDI Consultant | Contract
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ennVee TechnoGroup Inc is a leading global IT professional services firm committed to customer excellence and delivering quantifiable business results. They are seeking a JDE EDI Consultant to implement and support JD EDI, Distribution and Inventory modules while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of the JDE system.
Responsibilities
- EDI high volume processing
- Development of functional specifications, assist with customizations, and troubleshoot issues within the JDE modules
- Assist with integrations between JDE and other ERP modules, such as Manufacturing Shop Floor, Inventory, Planning and Sales Order Management
- Perform data migrations and ensure proper data flow between systems
- Design and develop test scripts and perform system testing, ensuring that new configurations and updates work as expected
- Expert knowledge around ASN (Advanced Ship Notices) and manage packaging labels
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working with JDE, Manufacturing and Sales Order Management
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business requirements into JDE solutions
- Proficiency with JDE reporting tools like OneView or UBE
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data integrations, and business processes
- Experience in implementation and upgrade projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Deep understanding of JDE EnterpriseOne, Sales Order Management, Shop Floor, and Inventory
- Experience with EDI transaction sets
- Familiarity with high-volume supply chains
- Ability to analyze demand trends and manage large data sets
