[Remote] Project Manager – Genesys Migration (PMP Preferred)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PMO Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise Genesys contact center migration initiatives within healthcare environments. This role involves overseeing complex telecom modernization projects and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Genesys migration projects through all phases of delivery
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors
- Oversee migration planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- Provide executive-level project reporting and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Develop detailed project documentation, status reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Ensure successful delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and minimizing operational disruption
- Manage project governance and facilitate stakeholder decision-making
- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
- Support business development activities including proposal development and Statements of Work as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- 3+ years supporting healthcare organizations, including project management, change management, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience leading Genesys migration or implementation projects (required)
- Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, or proposal development preferred
