[Remote] Provider Operations Coordinator

The Provider Operations Coordinator supports the operational, technical, and administrative needs of a physician service line, focusing on onboarding and scheduling systems coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for physicians and providers, including setup and training on telehealth platforms, audiovisual (AV) systems, EMR, and communication tools
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams, IT, and operations to ensure seamless system access and functionality
- Support physician scheduling processes and assist with staffing models and forecasting to meet service demand
- Monitor provider utilization and contribute to workforce planning efforts
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and system usage protocols
- Maintain and evaluate demand and supply models to forecast trends and optimize planning strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or clinical systems- EMR familiarity strongly preferred
- Experience in physician scheduling strongly preferred
