[Remote] Recruiter - Temporary

They are seeking a temporary Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring positions are filled in alignment with company culture and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Follow the company recruitment processes complying with local, state, and federal employment laws
- Utilize sourcing and recruiting strategies to ensure the company attracts and selects the best candidates considering skills, experiences and cultural fit for the position
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to qualify position requirements including qualifications, experience, location and or travel frequency, compensation expectations, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education
- Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience
- Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS)
- Previous Sourcing experience
