[Remote] Regional Operations Director (RN license)

The Regional Operations Director (Clinical Services) RN provides leadership and operational oversight for multiple acute programs, ensuring excellence in patient care and financial performance while supporting strategic growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing and technical services for patient treatment
- Conduct trend analysis of clinical outcomes and independently develop and implement plans of correction for any clinical quality issues
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations governing patient care services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, etc.)
- Manage regional P&L, budget forecasting, and inventory to optimize financial performance and strategic growth
- Provide leadership and mentorship to facility administrators and clinical teams
- Direct all teammate activity including hiring, promoting, performance development reviews (PDRs), and disciplinary actions
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with DaVita's Core Values
- Foster strong strategic relationships with nephrologists, medical directors, and hospital partners
- Ensure comprehensive modality education and exceptional patient care experiences
Skills
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment is REQUIRED
- Current CPR certification required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in DaVita clinical applications (CWOW, etc.)
- Two years of Dialysis experience required
- Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management experience preferred; multi-facility dialysis management experience strongly preferred
