[Remote] Sales Consultant – Legal Services

Pitcoff Law Group is a rapidly growing commercial litigation and business law firm based in New York City, seeking a Sales Consultant to engage prospective clients through structured, consultative conversations. The role focuses on building relationships and converting inquiries into signed engagements while collaborating with firm leadership and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs, determine fit, and convert qualified opportunities into paying engagements
  • Manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients while proactively following up with prior inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach opportunities
  • Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions
  • Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics within the firm’s CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Communicate with professionalism, clarity, and confidence across all client interactions
  • Meet or exceed consultation-to-retainer conversion goals and monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM documentation
  • Contribute insights to strengthen overall lead-generation and conversion processes

Skills

  • 5+ years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience in a professional-services, financial, or high-value B2B environment
  • Proven record of consistently exceeding conversion or revenue targets
  • Skilled at conducting purposeful, client-focused conversations that build trust and lead to commitment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to executive-level decision-makers
  • Organized, disciplined, and self-directed in a remote environment
  • CRM-proficient
  • Results-driven and motivated by measurable success
  • Preferably based in or around New York City, with flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings
  • HubSpot experience is a plus
