The Pritchett Agency is seeking entrepreneurially-minded individuals ready to build their own agency in the stable life insurance industry. This role offers a commission-based structure with mentorship, operational systems, and a clear path to agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• The life insurance industry doesn't slow down when the economy does. Families need protection in every market. The demand is consistent. The opportunity is real. And ownership is available to the right person
• The Pritchett Agency is looking for entrepreneurially-minded individuals who are ready to stop producing for someone else's bottom line and start building an agency of their own, inside one of the most stable, recession-resistant industries in the country
• We give you the system, the lead platform, the training, and the path. You bring the drive
• A clear path from producer to agency owner. Not a promise, a structure
• Operational and lead systems already in place so you're not starting from scratch
• Licensing support; most candidates are fully licensed within 7 to 14 days
• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses and no earning ceiling
• Remote, flexible schedule - you own your time
• Mentorship from people who have built what you're trying to build
• You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
• You produce without needing to be managed
• You're ready for ownership and understand it starts with personal production
• You're coachable, driven, and done working hard for someone else's future
• First-year producers following the system typically earn $45,000–$75,000, but the sky is the limit. Agency builders have additional opportunities for bonuses
• An active life insurance license is required. If you do not currently hold a license, we offer a clear and straightforward path to obtaining your license
