They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help shape the future of a high-scale recommendations platform and deliver impactful solutions alongside talented engineers and product leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own scalable backend services powering recommendation systems
- Partner with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused features
- Develop production-ready systems using Golang while driving architecture, performance, and reliability
- Improve development workflows through CI/CD, agile practices, and operational excellence
- Leverage data, experimentation, and emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance product performance
Skills
- 6+ years of experience building and operating scalable backend systems in fast-paced environments
- Strong expertise in Golang, distributed systems, and software architecture
- Experience with recommendation systems, machine learning model deployment, or related personalization technologies
- A collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for building high-impact products
- Curiosity about new AI tools and a willingness to adopt evolving engineering best practices
