[Remote] Senior Consultant and Project Manager (Nordic)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Be One Solutions is a global ERP partner specializing in worldwide blueprints, implementations, and support. As a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of SAP Business One implementations for clients across the Nordic region, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing end-to-end ERP projects, including project planning, estimates, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product’s implementation and deployment
- Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate customers' requirements while providing product expertise, defining optimized technical and functional design throughout the implementation project, to meet the customer's business needs
- Work closely and collaboratively in a team environment with the project's stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
Skills
- Wide knowledge of SAP Business One of all core modules, and core AddOns
- 5 years' experience in SAP Business One
- 7 years of ERP experience
- Wide experience in MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports
- Experience in developing and executing end-to-end projects, including project planning, estimates, scoping, and requirements gathering throughout the product's implementation and deployment
- Finance or production/ logistics background
- SAP B1
- MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports
- At least one of the Nordic languages
- English: Fluent
- Service and customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and ability of multi-tasking
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-management skills
- Good knowledge about SAP Business One integration options (Service Layer/ Integration Framework)
- Previous experience in leading projects
