Responsibilities
- Deliver unique data migration technology and business solutions to clients across industries, including: Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities
- Utilize Syniti's Data Migration methodology
- Utilize Syniti's tools, working to prescribed development standards
- Develop and evaluate all technical solutions per functional specifications and business processes
- Implement and develop customer deliverables based on underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area
- Develop data migration rules and reports in the Syniti's tools as per supplied specification
- Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis, reporting and collaboration with on-site Syniti and client colleagues
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to team members in data/information conversation from legacy systems to target systems
- Support provision of streamlined migration solutions to aid further enhancement of the technical solution and aid training to team members
- Identify possible Sales opportunities for both software and services; identify when/where project scope lends itself to a sales opportunity
- Serve as decision-maker for the technical solution(s) proposed for future opportunities (e.g., growth, projects, sales, relationship-building)
- Create and maintain data load programs
- Maintain related documentation
- Execute of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or closely related field
- Five (5) years of experience in functional ERP or in any occupation in which the experience was gained
- Demonstrated experience with: Data Migration
- Demonstrated experience with: Data Quality
- Demonstrated experience with: Data Analysis
- Project experience across multiple ERP implementations
- Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
