[Remote] Senior Product Delivery Manager

They are seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the development of digital features and capabilities by collaborating with various stakeholders and overseeing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with key sales, customer success, and finance stakeholders to define, manage, and execute against prioritized roadmaps
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — while proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, foresight, and data-driven decision-making
- Balance strong delivery execution with strategic perspective, challenging and evolving existing processes when they no longer serve outcomes
- Oversee a full-stack development team to produce stable and scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem that meet all committed requirements
- Work with quality assurance to plan and implement testing to completely verify and validate all product capabilities as ready for release
- Build and sustain a strong partnership with your engineering manager and other engineering leaders
- Strengthen team performance and cohesion through effective agile leadership, continuous improvement, and intentional removal of blockers
Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Five years' product management experience with software products
- Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product roadmap, requirements, etc
- Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction
- The ability to influence multiple stakeholders not under your direct management
