[Remote] Senior Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Project Talent Partners is a leading electrical contractor delivering large-scale data center projects across the region. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects, taking full ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large commercial electrical projects from award through close-out
- Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
- Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership
- Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team
Skills
- Candidates should be located in Texas or willing to relocate within the state
- Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $20M
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience leading project teams on complex commercial or industrial builds
- Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects
- Data center experience is desirable, but not required
