Senior Designer (Static + Motion)
We're looking for a Senior Designer who leads with ideas and sees them through to delivery. You concept, you execute, no handoffs. You'll work across tech and B2B brands setting the visual direction and elevating brand presence at every touchpoint. Static and motion aren't separate disciplines here; they're how you work every day, and your portfolio proves it.
What You'll Do
- Own creative from first concept through final delivery across brand, digital, social, and campaign
- Work fluidly across both static design and motion on a daily basis, not as separate modes, but as one integrated practice
- Set design direction and actively elevate brand identity, disciplined when the work calls for it, bold when it should be
- Bring motion to life across social content, video, interactive, and web — with intention, not as an afterthought
- Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and account teams throughout the process
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of agency experience with a portfolio that includes work in tech or B2B brands
- Demonstrated fluency in both graphic/static design and motion design, your portfolio shows both, at a high level, across real client work
- Experience in tech B2B environments: you understand the visual language, the audiences, and the constraints of the space
- Strong motion design skills evidenced through your portfolio: After Effects or equivalent used purposefully across real deliverables
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
- A clear point of view on brand, you can articulate why something works and push it further when it doesn't
- Strong communication skills; you can defend and explain the thinking behind every creative decision
Nice to Have
- Experience with luxury or consumer lifestyle brands alongside your B2B/tech work
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based thinking
