[Remote] EPIC Analyst

The role involves configuring and supporting Epic Resolute PB workflows, managing claims processing, and collaborating with various teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Epic Resolute PB workflows
- Manage and troubleshoot claims processing and charge routing
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and operational teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
- Support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
Skills
- Strong experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
- Hands-on experience with Claims Management, including claim edits, claim generation, and billing workflows
- Experience configuring and supporting Charge Router and charge routing workflows
- Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and its integration with PB billing processes
- Experience in PB build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and end-to-end professional billing processes
- Epic Resolute PB certification
