[Remote] IT Specialist (Senior Consultant I) - Oracle Cloud HCM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PCI Government Services LLC is a company seeking an IT Specialist (Senior Consultant I) to support the migration to Oracle Cloud HCM. The role involves leading technical tasks, coordinating integration and data activities, and providing guidance to junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical tasking supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and migration lifecycle
- Coordinate system integration activities between Oracle HCM and external systems
- Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts
- Lead portions of testing (SIT/UAT), including defect tracking and issue resolution coordination
- Develop and maintain system documentation, interface inventories, and technical artifacts
- Analyze system requirements and support translation into functional/technical solutions
- Provide guidance to junior IT staff and support quality reviews of deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 3–5 years of experience supporting IT systems or system implementations
- Experience supporting enterprise system deployments or migrations
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or other SaaS HR systems
- Experience with system integration, APIs, or data migration
- Oracle Cloud Foundations Associate or Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred)
