[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Compliance Group Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Veeva platform initiatives within a regulated life sciences environment. The role involves managing cross-functional projects and ensuring successful project delivery while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects across Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, and IT teams, while working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Veeva implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects, with the ability to manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder communications
- This individual should be comfortable translating business requirements into actionable project plans and working with implementation partners, vendors, and internal technical teams to drive execution
- The role requires hands-on project leadership experience with one or more Veeva Vault applications, including Veeva RIM, Veeva Quality, Veeva Clinical, eTMF, CTMS, or Study Startup
- A strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments, software implementation lifecycles, CSV/CSA, change control, and digital transformation within life sciences is highly preferred
Skills
- Experience leading Veeva implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects
