[Remote] Sr. Legal Operations Analyst, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Strategy & Optimization

The Senior Legal Operations Analyst will redesign contract processes and workflows, collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency and user experience in contract management.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, routing, approvals, self-service, and automation
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT to align contracting with upstream and downstream business processes
- Build reporting that surfaces cycle time, risk trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve forecasting, deal strategy, and vendor management
- Lead enablement, training, documentation, and change management so business users adopt intuitive contracting experiences
- Define and execute a forward-looking contract lifecycle management roadmap, including artificial intelligence-assisted review, obligation tracking, and advanced automation
Skills
- 3+ years experience configuring, administering, or optimizing contract lifecycle management platforms
- Experience designing cross-functional processes with Legal, Revenue, Procurement, Finance, operations, or IT partners
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use contract data, reporting, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ability to influence stakeholders, document processes, lead change management, and drive improvements without waiting for perfect direction
- Experience with Ironclad
- Background in Legal Operations, Revenue Operations, consulting, business systems, or a similar operational role
- Experience building self-service contracting experiences, automated approval workflows, or executive-level contract reporting
- Interest in helping teams simplify, standardize, and scale how work gets done
