[Remote] Vice President Marketing

The Bowerman Group is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Vice President of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth for a rapidly expanding premium Hair Care brand. This executive leader will oversee the company’s marketing organization while remaining deeply involved in strategy, creative direction, campaign development, performance optimization, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated omnichannel marketing strategy across retail, DTC, social, PR and influencer channels
- Guide agency and internal teams to execute high-performing campaigns
- Build alignment across marketing, communications, ecommerce, sales and executive leadership teams
Skills
- Prestige beauty or adjacent premium consumer brand experience such as fashion
- Strong omnichannel marketing expertise
- Strategic and hands-on leadership style
